We do not offer any returns. Tarzi Sport Designer Care asist all first time shoppers specifically on correct sizing. We recommend you to get in touch with us via designercare.usa@idiltarzi.com for any inquiry on your Tarzi Sport size match.

EXCHANGES

We accept your request to exchange. You have two options for an exchange. We are able to exchange on the same item in a different size and color. Or we are able to exchange to an alternative product. Both are due to stock availability. You should e-mail your exchange request to designercare.usa@idiltarzi.com . We recommend you to save the e-mail address to your directory in order to avoid miss any communicative e-mails from us.

TIMING FOR AN EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us for your exchange request

SHIPMENT COST FOR AN EXCHANGE

Exchange shipping of the current item & new item is due to shipment costs. You will also be responsible to pay for taxes and duties that may occur. We are never able to foresee if any duties or taxes that may occur to your destination and if so we cannot foresee the costs. 

INFORM US FOR YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST

Please kindly email your exchange request to designercare.usa@idiltarzi.com Within the email supply us with :

    • your order number that you already bought the item
    • the style code or style name of the item you would like to exchange
    • the style code or style name of the new item
    • the size and color request of the exchange you prefer

EXCHANGE PROCESS

You will receive our informative email for your exchange request addressed to your email in your account within 48 hours once you proceed with the exchange request as above. Once we confirm an exchange by means that we are able to offer you the new item; the exchanges should be provided to us;

    • in original condition
    • hasn’t been used, washed, altered, stained
    • has any original packaging such as authenticity cards and/or branding tags
    • is accompanied by its original invoice
