If you choose to invite others to engage with our Services through referral or sharing features, we may use the contact information you provide solely to deliver the message you request on your behalf. Please ensure that you only share information for individuals with whom you have a personal relationship and who would reasonably expect to receive such communication.

2. Information Collected Automatically Through Your Devices

When you access or interact with our Services, certain information may be collected automatically through technological means. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve our digital experiences.

a. Location-Related Data

We may obtain general location information when you use our Services. This may be derived from technical indicators such as IP address, browser settings, device language, or similar system attributes. Location data may also be used in connection with features such as store or service availability tools or mobile-optimized experiences. You are in control of your options.

b. Browsing and Interaction Data

As you navigate our Services, we may collect information related to your browsing activity. This may include the type and version of your browser, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, date and time of access, and the paths taken within our digital platforms. This information allows us to understand how users interact with our Services and to enhance performance and usability.

c. Device and Usage Information

We may collect technical details about the device you use to access our Services. This can include device type, hardware model, operating system, software version, unique or pseudonymous device identifiers, mobile network information, and patterns of interaction with our websites or applications. This data supports security, functionality, analytics, and service optimization.

d. Cookies, Tracking Tools, and Related Technologies

To understand how visitors engage with our Services and to operate them effectively, we use cookies and comparable technologies, including pixels, tags, and similar digital tools. Cookies are small text files stored on your device through your web browser. They help us recognize your browser, remember preferences, support shopping cart functionality, and understand how you navigate our Services. Cookies also assist in recognizing returning visitors, maintaining continuity across sessions, and enabling relevant offers or experiences when you arrive at our Services through third-party links. This information allows us to enhance functionality, improve customer experience, and present content or offers that may be more relevant to your interests and interactions.

Tracking pixels and similar technologies are tiny graphical elements embedded in webpages or email communications. These tools allow us to collect information about how users interact with our digital content, such as which pages, documents, or emails are viewed and when. In email communications, these technologies help us understand delivery and engagement, including whether messages are opened or forwarded, so we can refine communications and improve relevance.

Beyond cookies and pixels, we may also use technologies such as device identifiers, local or session storage, and similar mechanisms to gather information about interactions with our Services. These tools help us analyze performance, maintain security, and optimize user experience across devices and platforms.

The information collected through these technologies may be combined with other data you provide or that we collect, such as contact details or transaction history, to support order fulfillment, customer service, analytics, business operations, and marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

You may control or manage certain tracking technologies through your browser settings or other available tools.

3. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive personal information about you from external sources that work with or support our Services. These may include affiliated business entities, service providers, technology partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social media networks.

Information obtained from these sources may supplement the information you provide directly or that is collected automatically. We may use such information to maintain accurate records, support order fulfillment and delivery, enhance customer insights, improve operational efficiency, develop more relevant offerings, and support marketing and business activities, where permitted by applicable law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information collected through our Services for the following purposes:

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
  • Communicate with you about products, services, and offerings that may be relevant to you
  • Generate aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data for analytics, reporting, and statistical purposes

5. Use of Analytics and Personalization Partners

We may work with external analytics and personalization partners to help us understand how our Services are used and to improve their performance and relevance. These partners assist us in evaluating metrics such as site functionality, traffic patterns, and user interactions, as well as in understanding general preferences and engagement trends.

To support these activities, such services may rely on technologies like cookies, pixels, and similar tools described above. The information collected through these technologies helps us optimize content, enhance usability, and present information or experiences that are more aligned with user interests, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Notice Regarding RFID Technology

Certain products may include Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags. These tags are used for operational purposes such as inventory management, product tracking, availability planning, and fraud prevention.

RFID tags contain only product-related and inventory data. They do not store personal information and are not linked to customer identities, accounts, contact details, or payment information. We do not combine RFID data with personal information collected through our Services.

RFID tags are clearly identifiable and can be removed or disabled by the customer after purchase.

II. Advertising Technologies, Personalized Content, and Your Choices

Our Services may use advertising technologies that help deliver content and promotions that are more relevant to your interests. To support this, we and certain third parties may collect information about your interactions with our Services and, in some cases, your activity across other online platforms.

We work with external advertising and technology partners that assist in delivering advertisements on third-party websites and digital services. These partners may collect information over time about how users interact with our Services and other online services in order to display interest-based advertising. To do so, they may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies described in this Policy. The information collected through these tools helps tailor advertisements based on inferred preferences and engagement patterns.

Your Advertising and Tracking Choices

You can manage certain preferences related to these technologies directly through our Services by accessing Cookie Preferences, where you may review and adjust settings related to future cookie use.

You may also be able to exercise additional controls through industry-wide opt-out mechanisms or centralized preference platforms that allow users to limit interest-based advertising from participating companies.

Depending on your device, operating system, or platform provider, you may have further options to restrict the sharing of certain information collected automatically. For example, mobile device settings may allow you to limit how mobile operating systems share advertising-related identifiers with app developers and other businesses.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting intended to signal user preferences regarding online tracking. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted or implemented, our Services do not currently respond to these signals.

III. Interaction With Third-Party Content and Services

Our Services may include links to, integrations with, or displays of content provided by third parties. These third-party websites, platforms, and services are made available for convenience or informational purposes and operate independently from us.

Any personal information you choose to share with third parties is governed by their own privacy practices and policies. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy notices of any third-party service before providing personal information. To the extent that third-party sites or services are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for their data collection, use, or disclosure practices.

Below are examples of third-party content or services that may be accessible through our Services.

1. Mapping and Location Tools

Our Services may provide access to interactive mapping or location-based tools offered by third-party providers. These tools may be used to display location, directions, or contact information related to our physical presence or service availability. Any information processed through these tools is subject to the third party’s privacy practices.

2. Promotions, Contests, and Surveys

We may partner with external service providers to administer promotions, contests, surveys, or similar initiatives. In some cases, participation may involve being directed to a third-party platform that appears visually connected to our Services. When this occurs, personal information submitted in connection with the activity may be collected by the third party and governed by their privacy policy, terms, and conditions. Please review the disclosures associated with each activity carefully.
