Return & Exchange Notice

Tarzi Sport accepts returns for exchange purposes only. You must contact us at support.orders@tarzisport.com with your exchange request before returning an item. A return and exchange request form will be available to you once you contact us along with return steps.
To request an exchange, you must:
- Return the product in its original condition,
- Ensure all original tags remain attached, and
- Place the item back in its original packaging.
You are responsible for securely packaging the return and retaining the tracking number for your records. Tarzi Sport is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds
Tarzi Sport does not issue refunds for returned products, except in cases of confirmed faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Returned products approved for exchange will be processed as an exchange only. Any price difference, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or additional costs associated with the replacement product remain the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
Products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. If a Final Sale product is returned, we will not process an exchange or refund, and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
How Exchanges Are Processed
Once we receive and approve your returned product:
- We will process the exchange subject to availability, or
- If the replacement product is not available, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
Because Tarzi Sport operates on a pre-order model, exchange products may require additional production time. Delivery timelines for exchanged items are estimates and not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact us by e-mail at support.orders@tarzisport.com and include your order number along with clear images of the product and packaging. If we confirm that the product is incorrect or defective, we will, at our discretion, replace the product. If you do not contact us within the 7-business-day window, we will not be able to process a replacement.
Gift Exchanges
Approved exchanges or refunds for gift orders will be processed using the original form of payment only. We do not issue store credits or alternative refunds.
US and U.S. Territory Customers
When returning a product for exchange, we accept only an insured and traceable carrier.
International Customers
Tarzi Sport accepts international returns for exchange purposes only, provided the request is made within 7 business days of delivery. Please note that on all international returns for exchanges:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs,
- We do not reimburse duties, VAT, or local taxes, and
- We do not offer international refunds except for confirmed faulty or incorrect products.
If you wish to exchange an item internationally, you must return the product at your own expense and wait for approval before we process the exchange. Replacement products may be subject to new shipping charges, VAT, duties, and local fees.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery with supporting images. We cannot ship a replacement if you contact us after this period.
Customs and Returned Shipments
Tarzi Sport does not accept responsibility for products held, delayed, refused, abandoned, or disposed of by customs authorities. You remain fully responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and fees, and compliance with local import regulations even though we may ship (DDP) Delivery Duty Paid. We are not liable for products that remain in international customs due to non-payment, refusal, or regulatory restrictions.
